COVID-19 INFECTION

Per CDC guidelines, contact tracing is an important practice to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. Notify us immediately if you are sick and have tested positive for COVID-19. In the event a client or practitioner contracts the virus, we will contact trace and ask everyone involved to get tested for COVID-19. Please quarantine for 3 days and then take either 2 rapid antigen tests (24-36 hours apart) and/or 1 PCR test. Please continue to quarantine at home until the results are returned. Should you test positive and are infected with Covid-19, please see the attached link from the CDC website on quarantine and isolation. We ask that you are resolved of your symptoms and test negative of Covid-19 before returning to the studio. 

In the event we have a positive case of Covid-19 infection from our staff or clientele, we will close down the Studio for 24 hours—12 hours for deep disinfection and then 12 hours for the Studio to air out. During these 24 hours, we can provide sessions virtually through Zoom or Telehealth.
