2022 UPDATED COVID-19 PROTOCOL 

Thank you all for your loyalty, support, and dedication during the past 2.5 years of COVID-19. As of September 1, 2022, we are proud to announce that Capital Gyrotonic (the “Studio”) has had no case of Covid-19 infection or transmission amongst our staff or clientele. We continue to work diligently to make our business safe from transmission of Covid-19. We sincerely thank you for adhering to the Studio's protocol over the past 2.5 years, as we couldn’t have achieved this without your support.

As the pandemic continues, we wanted to give you, our community, insight into what we are doing behind the scenes to continue our Covid success in the future and what you can expect will be our “new normal” as we work together to keep each other safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19. As this is a highly dynamic situation and new information is released frequently, we will continue to evolve our protocol as appropriate. Any future updates to the protocol will be available on the Studio’s website and posted in the Studio.
